Vol XV #053 Report #5163 ~ Photo: LR5-20-15

St Wenceslaus had a special mass to anoint us old folks this beautiful, but a bit cool Spring morning.  A very attractive bronze plaque has been placed in the harbor concrete “In Memory of Bill Elder He Loved Sailing These Waters”.

Biscuit had his picture taken with Neal Shea and Anna Geoghegan, Fishtown Preservation’s 2015 summer interns. We asked Biscuit to sit, but, when he doesn’t want to sit, he doesn’t.
