Not much happening today, it’s cool and gray.
On the way to town this morning I came upon a group of turkeys crossing M22. The boss turkey in full blown feathers all fanned out turned and started marching straight toward me in my lane. I of course stopped and he approached the front of the Jeep to the point where I could only see the very top of the fan. Waiting until the flock moved off the road, I inched forward until the boss turkey moved and then went on my way. That was the most interesting part of the day. Below, Biscuit and Binky, who is 20 years old. He still runs the beach at a pretty good pace.Â

Thanks for sharing the turkey story, good one! The Joy looks so impressive now, I just love it!
My day has been pretty stressful at work, so logging on and decompressing by looking at your photos and getting an update on your turkey who tried to play chicken means quite a lot to me. The LR is a healthier alternative than heading to the bar…Thanks (again), Keith!
That turkey rooster attacked me yesterday by batting his wings at me and pecking my leg. I chased him off with a stick I found next to me on M-22
Joy is even more impressive from this angle.
Yes it does. The new gunwales look great!
