Not a pleasant day I’d say.  The National Weather Forecast last night predicted 1 to 7 inches of snow for our area, so far maybe an inch.  The wind is the main threat with gusting up to 50 mph later tonight.  We will update the Snow Report tomorrow.

Great pics! The wind was fierce today, even down here!

We just visited the North side of the Grand Haven Channel. The waves were not only above the cement at times, but above the railing, and this is a long way from the end of the breakwaters. Beautiful, but dangerous.

For the first time, we saw no one braving the surf in wet suits and kites.

Wayne…I live in Holland where the waves are also beautiful…and dangerous. Reminds me so much of the Leland harbor where I grew up (Sara VanRaalte Leeland).

Nice to view from inside where it’s cozy.
