Vol XVII – #008 – Some More April Weather

Leelanau County was the only county excluded from the snow attack this morning on national news. At the moment, the western Michigan shoreline is the only rain/snow free zone in the state.  Wind is blowing 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40. Tomorrow and Saturday supposed to be sunny with temperature warming.      

Vol XVII – #005 – Meggen’s Monday

Abundant foot traffic around Pyramid Point this weekend: it was truly a great spring feeling in the air. Monday – April showers bring May flowers. And so, it is raining.    SAD News Dept:  Dr. Bob Willard passed away this morning. He would have been 97 later this month.
