Sunrise was at 8:00am this morning with a cloudy skies and a strong wind out of the west. A couple of guys fishing from the Fishtown dock. “Falling Waters” parking lot full. What kind of a day did it turn out to be? Windy for sure! … Read more »
Monday’s photos are from within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. I wasn’t the only one out there leaf-peeping. Some of the smaller lakes within the park are hidden gems. Then there was a rather large porcupine: several vehicles (mine included) gave this one plenty of space as he ambled down the road. … Read more »
Thunder and lightning overnight with light wind (24mph). Cloud wars at noon with gusts over 60. I couldn’t take any pictures in Fishtown because the wind could blow me over.
