Everyone who picked this week to vacation here is a winner.  2010 has been a banner year so far and if the next five months continue.....  WOW!  As the Manitou was leaving the harbor, the passengers were shouting... Jump!... Jump! and the kids did.  This to me was what Leland is all about.

Back when you could really zoom the Cove Cam, this was my favorite scene to watch. Watching kids jump off the end of the breakwall while sitting in my office was always a treat, and pretty much captures the true and pure feeling of summer. One of my favorite LR shots of all time. Love it!

"In the good old summmer time.....it's great to be alive in the good old summer time". Sung to the tune of the same name. I bet Biscuit thinks so too!

Swimming under the dam was a hoot, too.
