The day began dark and very windy, as a matter of fact 31 mph windy. Met Elijah Alllen checking out Van’s Beach as we were leaving. Of course the current wind speed was just right and the rest is obvious.
The clouds returned around noon. Anyway, today is my 83rd birthday, so Happy St. Patrick’s Day.

This applies to me as well for the most part… unless I need an occasional non-medicated visual sedative in the evening after a long day (highly recommended). Thanks for giving some of your birthday-day to all of us! Love the courage of the guy out surfing….and see that the life-saver is now in place! Hope they stay close to shore while the water is still so cold for any rescuers to act.
