For the month of October, I will be posting a photo a day in true Leland Report fashion to raise money for cancer research. If you haven’t noticed, we haven’t had a calendar or a blog for the last couple of years and that’s because Keith and Joanne have been dealing with their own health issues. If you remember, Keith had non-Hodgkins lymphoma over a decade ago and through chemotherapy was again healthy. Unfortunately, he is currently 91 and managing the effects of childhood Polio and post-polio syndrome and is unable to walk. Joanne is currently managing bladder cancer.
With their transition this year and other things I have going on in my life, I have not been able to focus on the Leland Report as planned. SO, instead of a calendar this year, I ask that you donate what you can to the American Cancer Society. I’m so sorry to hear of everyone’s troubles..I have always contributed to cancer research..my father passed of lung cancer & several other people I knew..but I’m happy to hear there will be posts again for awhile..hope it’s a good fall!!
