It’s with deep sadness that we report the passing of our dear Aunt Paula Gits. A woman with a penchant for fun, adventure, and laughs. She always brightened a room by just walking into it. The obituary says it all plus, here are some favorite photographs. Goodbye Paula, we love you! Our deepest condolences to Norb and the whole Gits family.

If you would like to honor Paula’s memory with a donation, Norb has suggested the Friends of Leland Library or the LYC Foundation or charity of your choosing.

I will be at the Art Shanty again this year in Fishtown from 6/28-7/4

Thanks to everyone who has supported our project throughout the years. We all know how special and “one-of-a-kind” this area is and we have enjoyed bringing out that uniqueness in our images. Love to you all! -Keith and Jim

Deep condolences on the passing of your aunt. For someone who seems to have been an exuberant, fun, and dynamic woman, certainly means there will be a new and outstanding star shining down on your family…and all who were blessed to know her.

She sounds like a lady I would love to have known. My condolences to all who had that blessing.
