Finding a place to park in Fishtown and for a matter of fact, greater downtown Leland, wasn’t easy . It was a busy day and it was obvious that the season has begun. Captain Jack Duffy and the WHITECAP are ready to go fishin.

If parking is impossible now, summer season will be unbearable! There really is no “out of season” anymore. Even with the majority of seasonal businesses closed during the winter, and no nature phenominoms like ice caves and ice balls this year, the beach was actually crowded when I was there in February. So, closed or not “they will come….”
