I am up for over a week before heading up to Drummond Island with Deb for a Jeep Jamboree. I’m not driving this year, the Grand Cherokee has been on three Jamborees and has seen better days. At 160k miles, I rather not hasten its demise. I caught the sunset in Frankfort on the way up on Sunday. The original Leland Reporter is below and says hi to everyone from his new lift chair. He got to watch me pressure wash the boat to be launched tomorrow.
You’ve all been very good to us over the years, from helping secure a collection of Erhardt Peters negatives and prints, to supporting this website by buying prints and calendars. $3 of every $6 from the sale of this book will go toward this effort and you get more than just a good feeling, you might also get a laugh or two. The rest goes to printing and shipping costs. This will officially be my second book and go to the Library of Congress with the Leland Report Book.

Looking good, OG. Good luck with the book, Jim – thanks for keeping things going!
So great to see these beautiful pictures. Thanks so much. Blessings
Beautiful! Before our family was introduced to Leland (28 years ago!) we went to Arcadia yearly and I was first introduced to Frankfort and it’s amazing lighthouse. We unfortunately won’t make it to Leland this year. I will be there through your family. Thank you!
OMG..That lighthouse picture is AMAZING!! All the pictures are always just beautiful & interesting!!
Thanks to the whole family for all the years of work that has been put into this site..LOVE LELAND!
Lovely sunset photos. Can almost smell Lake Michigan! Many thanks to the Burnhams for their publishing the Leland Report for so many years and bringing delight to us.
