Vol XVII – #011 – Up In the Morning, Out On the Job

Leland Harbor parking lot was standing room only for awhile.  The Cheese Shanty was partially the blame along with the dredge. Rock hunters filled the beach.  

Vol XVII – #009 – Great Expectations

    A cold wind blowing out of the north is just what some wish for first thing in the morning, not me. The dredge arrived around 3:45 pm.  It’s really nice looking.  It will be placed in the water tomorrow morning.  Biscuit and I will be there.  

Vol XVII – #008 – Some More April Weather

Leelanau County was the only county excluded from the snow attack this morning on national news. At the moment, the western Michigan shoreline is the only rain/snow free zone in the state.  Wind is blowing 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40. Tomorrow and Saturday supposed to be sunny with temperature warming.
