Not the nicest day for a Fishtown party. Some raindrops in the morning and cool foggy air in the afternoon, but the show must go on.
One of the rewards of doing the LR is meeting people like this group of fisherladies returning from a successful trip out on Big Blue. Biscuit enjoyed a boat ride with my granddaughters Shae and Lauren on a beautiful Leland day.
That time of the season when it’s all coming together, weather and people to enjoy it.

A beautiful Leelanau day. So far it’s been a very nice Spring.
A Bloody Mary and a Tender Bender, brunch at the Riverside Inn began our afternoon.
The sun tried to shine this morning, but the clouds eventually won out. Lots of visitors in town, hopefully the forecasted rain won’t ruin the Memorial Day events
