Vol XVI – #104 – Meggen’s Monday

On days that start out gray and overcast, it’s fun to seek out those little pops of color that surround us – cherries and flowers in this instance. It’s a beautiful, breezy day with sky peeking through the cloud cover by noon.

Lots of visitors enjoying the beautiful weather that in a few hours will change to rain. A front still on the other side of Big Blue is headed this way.  The prediction is for rain starting around 8 pm and ending around 5 am tomorrow.  Until then….. enjoy!

   The aerial photo shown above was actually taken 12 years ago on May 19, 2004.  If I could take flight today I venture to say…  it would look exactly to same.  The county is blessed with a fantastic show of cherry blossoms.
