I am thankful we have great spaces like the Clay Cliffs Natural Area (LeelanauConservancy.org) to wander around in, even if we can’t peer over the edge of the precipice. I think this sign will be here for a while. I am also thankful we have a place where family can come together to share this beautiful area.
There is not only beauty above but also in things that return to the forest floor. Happy Thanksgiving from the Leland Report to everyone who joins us on our hikes every day throughout the years.
