We drove to the Michigan Legacy Art Park (by Crystal Mountain) Sunday afternoon for a guided snowshoe hike along the outdoor sculpture path. Today’s photos are from that hike. Art is exhibited out in natural settings, or at times, painted right on the trees! The quote at top, by founder David Barr, seemed appropriate to share on the day we set aside to honor Martin Luther King, Jr. “Peace is not merely a distant goal we seek, but a means by which we arrive at that goal.” – MLK, Jr.

Part of the draw to visit Michigan Legacy Art Park was to see the new residences at Crystal Mountain where I’m honored to have my work on display in a couple of rooms.
