Vol XV #196 – That Early Morning Sun

The early morning sun was crisp and clear with a bluer than blue sky.  In fact the sun was blinding, shadows rule. The early morning visitors posing with Biscuit are from Singapore. Clouds moved in in the early afternoon along with a lot of people.

A beautiful morning in Fishtown and with a 1 mph east wind, a calm and flat Big Blue. unfortunately for the sun worshipers, today and for that matter this whole week, not to nice. Tomorrow hopefully….. sunshine!

Vol XV #156 – Meggen’s Monday

It was a weekend full of end-of-summer hubbub in Leland. It felt like summer!  With great sadness we announce the passing of Leo Jerry G. Shea, one of the mainstays of our Leland Community.  Our heartfelt condolences to his wife Patty,  Katie, Loretta, Michael,  Kevin, Kerry and their families.

      A rainy morning, but the clouds thinned and the sun came out to make it nice again.  This past week has been a bummer for our visitors and renters as far as the outdoor activities go, but the merchants didn’t do to badly.,.
