(Report by Jim today) I never jumped off the end of the short breakwall when I was a kid. I’m not sure why. We always swam at the base of the dam. the current would push us downstream and then we jumped off the Janice Sue. When we got shooed off that, we moved to the Joy, but it wasn’t as high and it was harder to get on the pilot house. Maybe the breakwall didn’t seem dangerous enough. This year I jumped off the breakwall with my daughter. So it is to be a kid. So it is.
Meggen’s Monday star Meggen come out to help me tape an intro for the harbor dredging time-lapse video that I’ve been threatening for a while. I wanted to wait until I could get Elijah Allen out, who made it possible by helping me get the system set up on the navigation light.
