Is that stone wall within the setbacks of the road right a way?
Odds are the stone wall was there before there was a paved road
Regarding the fence… it seems that no one knows who put it up. Lots of complaints especially as the road ends at the water and EMT’s would not be able to access.
The fenced pathway to the water is not 60′ wide.
