Vol XVI # 063 – Last Day in May

It’s a beautiful last day in May.  Memorial Day weekend turned out pretty nice in spite of the earlier forecasts last week.  Below is the “Welcome to Summer” party at the Cove yesterday.  Today continues the great Weather with the possibility of rain tomorrow.

Vol XVI # 062 – Meggen’s Monday

Happy Memorial Day! Today we gratefully remember those who served, and deeply honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Leland town is hopping with activity. Thirty-second exposure: the streak on the horizon on the left side is the 767′ Cason J Callaway heading north.

Vol XVI # 038 – A Nice Day in May

All I can say is… what a nice day it is.  It would be nice to have another one tomorrow… but that’s not to be because a cold front and t-storms are coming tomorrow.

Vol XVI # 037 – Gully

In spite of the fact that yesterday was a cold and damp, we needed the rain.  Today on the other hand is sunny and not as chilly, is one fine day in May.  Lots of Gull activity due to the adding live fish to the river a few days ago.  Long time ago there were gulls all over Fishtown because… Read more »
