On days that start out gray and overcast, it’s fun to seek out those little pops of color that surround us – cherries and flowers in this instance. It’s a beautiful, breezy day with sky peeking through the cloud cover by noon.

A cool and breezy morning turning into another beautiful Leelanau day, perfect for the Artist’s Market and also for Fishtown visitors. Below, I watched this surfer try to ride one in for at least 20 minutes or more without success, so I left.
