Our pictures show a nice day happening, it was at the time, but it didn’t stay that way for very long.

Heavy rain began to fall before noon and golf ball sized hail began to cause havoc in parts of the county.  The sheriff said the hail dented all of his cruisers and he wasn’t very happy about it.  The cherry and apple crops were probably hit pretty hard.  The bumper crop of cherries will be reevaluated I would think.  Bruised  apples don’t sell.

My hat’s off to the farmers. Its hard work and there’s always something that comes along (like this) that throws everything out of whack.
