Today’s snow report from Suttons Bay is 34 inches shy of one year ago.  Most folks around here would prefer snow to this rain.  The 10 day forecast has temperature highs in the forties.  Meteorologists are predicting that this year’s El Nino event might be the most significant on record and is likely to lead to extreme weather events around the world with warmer temperatures predicted for us.  They didn’t predict possible snowfall totals for Leelanau County, should be an interesting winter.

Great pics! Especially like the top one, a bit different shot which shows things not usually seen!

I guess no one will be driving off the end of that road into the lake! Beautiful picture of a new spot I’ve never seen on the Leland Report.
