Rain/snow began at noon with the promise of much more to come.  

  Rain welcomed our morning wakeup.  Another major storm is forecasted for the weekend.  

  Our day began under clouds and snow.  Late morning the sky turned blue.  

 Spent most of the day in the “Big City By the Bay and took a picture of a barn along the way back home .  

   Looking forward to warmer temperatures later this week and “Meggen’s Monday” next week. Below, a memory from 2009, “April Fools Day”    

Again the Village Cheese Shanty was a busy place this noon. In spite of being a cool 32 degree day, it was a beautiful one.      

The Village Cheese Shanty was a busy place this noon. I was curious as to how many April’s had snow days since the “Leland Report” began in 2001.  April 2018 is #9.    

(Report by Jim) Is this the end of the snow? Who knows? Snow gauge is now sitting at 208″ for the season based on the Leif Sporck’s exacting measurements.
