A lot of activity around town getting Leland ready for the season. Above… Manitou Transit is rebuilding the dock. Below… the firehouse in it’s latest stages. Lawn care workers cleaning up everywhere. Store owners getting their businesses ready. It’s still a little chilly, but I’m sure it will warm up, it always does.
Another one of those in-between clippers day. That beautiful blue sky is clouding up in preparation of another clipper system on it’s way. Nothing much happening around town today. The weather people say that there will be sunshine… someplace, but not here yet. In fact, at the moment there are snowflakes in the air. D No doubt about it… It’s a real winter day. Visibility zero at times on the road and only one car without headlights.
