An overnight rain storm roared through the Leelanau with 75 mph winds and torrential downfall. Fallen trees greeted our morning trip to town. More of the same forecasted for tonight.
On Saturday, I headed over to Good Harbor beach (651) because it looked like the northern lights just might be putting on a display. A beautiful morning in our neighborhood. On the cool side with temperatures in the lower 60’s
Afterglow on Good Harbor beach: the water was warm enough to linger in, not much breeze, a great time to enjoy the National Park!
Again it started out cloudy with the temperature around 70 degrees. Biscuit and I headed home and the sun returned for another fine Fishtown Day.
