Vol XVII – #184 – Meggen’s Monday

A magnificent early October. A whisper of northern lights showed very early on Saturday morning. The Big Dipper hangs in the sky above Whaleback in the top photo. Today is a beautiful, mild day.    

Vol XVII – #181 – Heavy Overnight Rain and Thunder

Great cloud formations the morning after.  Woke up to the sound of the generator. Large tree fell across power and cable lines around 3:30 a.m. two miles north of Leland.  All restored around 10 a.m.      Check out the Leland Harbor Dredging Time-lapse in the Projects page!
