How’s the fishing? That’s what a lot of people ask Joel Petersen, captain of Fishtown Preservation’s Joy. This time of year, when the water is warm, it’s a little slower (this is normal). It’ll pick back up in the fall. Photos by Meggen last week, while on vacation.

Another Barbecruise is in the history books.  Fishtown and as a matter of fact Leland, are not as busy this first Sunday in August.  Bartholomew Park was almost cleaned up this morning.

(Report by Jim) Another Barbecruise is in the history books. The Leland Yacht Club awarded the float “Country Club Vs. Yacht Club” the coverted Mermaid Flag award. Good friends and great food. Always fun to see everyone.
