Vol XIX – #93 – Tuesday Early Rain

(Report by Jim) Between rain showers today, I took the drone up over my friend’s property on the north end of Lake Leelanau. It’s nice knowing people here like the Marshalls that have always appreciated being outdoors. People who have a house to stay in, but still would stay in a tent or a camper on the lake. I got… Read more »

Vol XIX – #92 – Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

(Report by Jim) Travel day up to Leland yesterday. I wanted to get here earlier in the evening, but fate has a way of ruining things for me. A bit chilly, but the sun came out and it turned into a beautiful day. Thanks, Gwenn! You can find her decorative rock art frames at Greta’s in Leland…. Read more »

Vol XIX- #34 – Fog All Day But Warmer

(Report by Jim) Very foggy this morning so I headed out to Fishtown. Took a walk out on the breakwall and North Beach (apparently not North Beach anymore, no sign). Fog stayed around all day in many places, especially Lake Michigan.

Vol XIX- #33 – End of Bohemian Rd

(Report by Jim) The last two days have been dark and cold and rainy. Looks like some good weather is heading this way this weekend, but more unseasonably cold air is on the way. Today was a good day for beach still lifes at the end of Bohemian Rd on Good Harbor Bay.
