The tourist season is winding down, but there still are a number of people visiting Leland. The sun peeked out for a couple of minutes, but for the most part, a cloudy day. Hafta say, I wish they would get rid of Daylight Savings Time (DST). Either that or put us in the Central Time Zone. It was bad enough when it ended at the end of October, but now into November. Winter Wasn’t so far away last night, 5 inches of snow fell mid state along with power outages. A pretty nice day here with sunshine. The Carol Dee was on it’s way to Winter storage. Lake effect rain showers kept us on the wet side all day with an occasional blue spot and moment of sunshine. A round trip to the Big City by the Bay on CR 651 in the rain, showcased some incredible color. If the sun comes out tomorrow, it might be worth revisiting.
